Red chillies

Tamarind (soaked & extracted)
- lime size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Garlic (peeled)
- 6 flakes
•
Oil (for frying and seasoning)
- as required

Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
chillies
and
dal
together till golden brown.
2. Cool down and
grind
to
coarse paste
with
tamarind
,
salt
,
garlic
with little
water
.
3. Season with
mustard seeds
.
