Paneer Raita

Ingredients

Curd
- 1 ½ cups

Crumbled paneers
- ½ cup
•
Onions (chopped)
- ¼ cup
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Peel
and finely
chop
onion
,
green chilly
,
coriander leaves
, crumble or
grate
paneer
.
2. If using frozen
paneer
, thaw it first and then
soak
in
hot water
for 10-15 minutes before crumbling or
grating
.
3. In a bowl beat
curd
well,
add
paneer
,
green chilly
,
onion
, rock
salt
,
cumin powder
,
coriander leaves
and
mix
well.
4. Garnish with some crumble
paneer
,
cumin powder
,
red chilly
powder
and
coriander leaves
.
