Paneer & Mushroom Tikka

Ingredients

Paneer (cubed)
- 500 grams
•
Mushrooms
- 10
•
Capsicums (cubed)
- 2
•
Tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons
•
Soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon
•
Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons
•
Tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
White pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oil (for basting)
- as required
Method
1.
Mix
together the
tomato paste
,
soya sauce
,
vinegar
,
ketchup
,
salt
,
white pepper powder
,
sugar
and
chilly powder
.
2.
Drain
the
mushrooms
and
marinate
the
paneer
,
mushrooms
and
capsicum
in the above
mixture
for 1 hour.
3. Skewer the
paneer
,
mushrooms
and
capsicums
on shashlik sticks or skewers.
4.
Cook
over hot charcoal a under an electric or gas
grill
for 8-10 minutes.
5.
Serve
hot.
