Paneer

- 1 teaspoon

Yogurt
- ½ cup
•
Refined flour
- 3 tablespoons
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons
•
Mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 2
•
Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
•
Water
- 3 tablespoons
Method
1. In a bowl,
mix
paneer
cubes, 1 teaspoon
chilly powder
, 1 teaspoon
salt
,
ginger-garlic paste
,
cumin powder
,
coriander powder
,
yogurt
, and
refined flour
.
Keep
aside.
2.
Heat
oil
in a pan and then deep
fry
the prepared
paneer
until golden brown.
3. Take them out and place them on paper napkin to
remove
excess
oil
.
Keep
aside.
4.
Heat
oil
in a pan over medium
heat
.
Add
mustard seeds
, chopped
curry leaves
,
mustard powder
, chopped
green chilly
, 1 teaspoon
salt
, 1 teaspoon
chilly powder
,
lemon juice
, and
water
.
5.
Stir
and then
add
the deep fried
paneer
.
6.
Stir
for about 2 minutes and
serve
.
