Pachchai Milagu Pickle

Ingredients

Green peppercorns (fresh)
- 1 cup
•
Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Asafoetidas
- a pinch
•
Oil (for seasoning)
- as required
Method
1.
Wash
the
peppercorns
clean and dry for sometime.
2.
Add
turmeric powder
,
asafoetida
,
salt
and
lemon juice
.
3.
Heat
little
oil
,
add
mustard
seeds
and
mix
with
peppercorn
.
4. Allow it to
soak
for one day and then use.
