Sour thick curd

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ¼ cup

Puffed bengal grams/Chutney dal
- 1 tablespoon

Coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Red chillies
- 6
•
Onions peeleds (small)
- 4
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Urad dal
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
and
cut
cauliflower
into small flowerettes.
2.
Cook
in enough
water
to which little
salt
is added.
3.
Strain
well ,
add
ground paste
, whipped
curds
,
salt
and fried
seasonings
.
4. Garnish with chopped
coriander
leaves
.
5.
Mix
well and
serve
immediately.(Do not
boil
)
