Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients
•
Fish (8-9, 2 inch pieces, preferably fillet)
- 500 grams
•
Bread crumbs
- ¾ cup
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Pepper
- 1 teaspoon
•
Amchurs
- 1 teaspoon
•
Egg white
- 1
•
Salt and pepper (prepare: both to be beaten with egg white)
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Oil (for greasing)
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
and dry
fish
on paper towels.
2. Sprinkle
salt
,
pepper
and
amchur
on
fish
&
mix
well. Leave for 5 minutes.
3. Beat
egg white
lightly with ¼ Teaspoon of
salt
&
pepper
.
4.
Dip
fish
pieces one by one in
egg white
& coat well with
bread crumbs
.
5. Place on a greased tray &
bake
in a preheated oven at 260°C for 10 minutes.
Note
• Time of
baking
will depend on the thickness of the
fish
.
• Chicken can also be made in the same way.
• Instead of
egg white
some low calorie yogurt can be used.
