Cabbages (cut into strips)

Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch

Ajinomoto
- ½ teaspoon
•
Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons
•
Butter
- 3 tablespoons
•
Chilly powder
- ¼ teaspoon
Ingredients For Grinding To Fine Paste

Red chillies
- 3
•
Garlic
- 2 flakes
Method
1. Beat
eggs
with
salt
,
turmeric powder
and
chilly powder
.
2.
Make
5 omelettes with this.
Method To Make Vegetable Stuffing
1.
Cut
onions
lengthwise.
2.
Grate
carrots
.
3.
Chop
capsicum
, into 1 inch thin pieces.
4.
Heat
little
butter
and
fry
onions
,
capsicum
,
carrot
and
cabbage
in order.
5.
Add
ground paste
,
ajinomoto
,
salt
and
fry
for few minutes.
6.
Remove
from fire.
7. When omelette is cooked,
keep
a tablespoon of
mixture
inside the omelette and
roll
tightly like we do for swiss
roll
.
8. While
serving
,
cut
them into round pieces.
9. Garnish with finely chopped
onions
and coriander
leaves
.
10. Sprinkle
tomato sauce
on top and
serve
hot.
