Mushroom Stuffed with Paneer

Ingredients
•
Mushroom
- 250 grams
•
Paneers (grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Green chillies
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garlic
- 1 teaspoon
•
Raisins
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves (fresh)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Butter
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Wash
the
mushrooms
and
remove
the thick stems and
keep
aside.
2. In a bowl,
add
grated
paneer
,
green chilly
,
garlic
,
raisin
,
cumin powder
,
salt
,
coriander leaves
and
mix
well.
3. Fill each
mushrooms
with little of the
paneer
stuffing and
keep
aside.
4.
Heat
the
butter
in a pan, place all the stuffed
mushrooms
in the pan,
cover
it with a lid and
cook
on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
5. Turn over the
mushrooms
gently and
cook
for another 2 to 3 minutes.
6.
Serve
immediately.
