Ingredients

Black grams
- ¼ cup
•
Red chillies
- 8
•
Tamarind (soaked in little water)
- marble size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Jaggery
- as required
•
Onion (big, diced)
- 1
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
red chillies
and
dal
till it turns golden brown.
2.
Remove
from fire. Allow it to cool.
3. Pound with other
ingredients
to
coarse paste
. (sprinkle little
water
while
grinding
).
4.
Heat
rest of the
oil
,
add
mustard seeds
to splutter and
mix
with pachadi.
