Minumula Pachadi

Ingredients

• • Black grams - ¼ cup
• • Red chillies - 8
• • Tamarind (soaked in little water) - marble size
• • Salt - as required
• • Jaggery - as required
• • Onion (big, diced) - 1

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Oil - 1 ½ tablespoons
• • Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Heat little oil and fry red chillies and dal till it turns golden brown.
• 2. Remove from fire. Allow it to cool.
• 3. Pound with other ingredients to coarse paste. (sprinkle little water while grinding).
• 4. Heat rest of the oil, add mustard seeds to splutter and mix with pachadi.
