Ingredients

Eggs
- 4

Sugar (powdered)
- 1 ¾ cups
•
Maida
- 2 cups
•
Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons
•
Orange essence
- ½ teaspoon
•
Lemon essence
- ½ teaspoon
•
Milk
- ½ cup
•
Butter
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Sieve
Maida
with
salt
and
baking
powder
for three times.
2. Separate
egg
whites and beat till stiff.
3.
Add
powdered
sugar
little by little and
keep
beating.
4. Then
mix
yolk of the
egg
.
Add
butter
to warm
milk
.
5.
Mix
maida
,
egg
whites,
essence
and
milk
to the
egg
mixture
and
mix
with wooden spoon.
6. Put in a greased oven proof dish and
bake
in a preheated oven till it is baked.
