Mexican Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
•
Chicken
- 300 grams
•
Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons
•
Orange juice (fresh)
- 8 tablespoons
•
Garlic (chopped fine)
- 3 cloves
•
Tabascoes/Chilly sauce
- 2 teaspoons
•
Coriander leaves (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Pepper (coarsely ground)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cornflours
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Mix
all
ingredients
except
pepper
and
cornflour
.
Marinate
chicken
for 6-8 hours turning over
chicken
pieces 2-3 times.
2.
Heat
grill
.
Remove
chicken
pieces from
marinade
. Sprinkle
pepper
on top and
grill
for 10-12 minutes or till
chicken
is well cooked and crisp.
3. Place
chicken
pieces on
serving
dish.
4.
Mix
cornflour
to the remaining
marinade
.
5. Give 1-2 boils.
Pour
over prepared
chicken
and
serve
hot along with some boiled rice or steamed
vegetables
.
