Masala Prawn Popcorn

Prawns

Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon

Lemons
- 3

Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Kasoori methi powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Maida
- 250 grams
•
Semolina/Sooji
- 250 grams
•
Eggs
- 2
•
Oil
- as required
•
Salt
- as required
•
Coriander leaves
- as required
Method
1.
Cut
prawns
into popcorn size. Take a bowl and
mix
ginger-garlic paste
,
lemon
juice,
red chilly powder
,
coriander powder
, kasuri
methi
powder
&
salt
.
Marinate
the
cut
prawns
in it for 30 minutes.
2.
Break
eggs
& beat it.
3. Take a bowl and
mix
maida
,
semolina
and beaten
egg
and
make
it into a
paste
.
4.
Heat
oil
in medium
heat
and when it is hot
dip
marinated
prawns
in the
paste
and deep
fry
it till golden color.
5.
Serve
hot garnished with
coriander
and
lemon
.
