Masala Neer Dosai

Ingredients

Rice
- 250 grams
•
Coconut (fresh)
- 1 cup
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Garlic cloves
- 6
•
Ginger
- 1 inch
•
Pudina leaves/Mint
- ½ bunch
•
Coriander leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Jeera
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oil
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
rice
in
water
for 2 hours.
2.
Grind
soaked
rice
,
coconut
,
green chilly
, garlic,
ginger
,
pudina leaves
and
coriander leaves
together into a smooth
paste
.
3.
Add
a teaspoon of
sugar
,
salt
and
jeera
into the grinded
mixture
.
Keep
aside.
4.
Heat
a dosa tawa.
Pour
the
mixture
evenly.
Cover
with lid.
Cook
for a 1-2 minutes until cooked.
5.
Remove
from
heat
and
serve
with chutney. Enjoy!
