Masala Neer Dosai

Ingredients

• • Rice - 250 grams
• • Coconut (fresh) - 1 cup
• • Green chillies - 2
• • Garlic cloves - 6
• • Ginger - 1 inch
• • Pudina leaves/Mint - ½ bunch
• • Coriander leaves - ½ bunch
• • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Jeera - ½ teaspoon
• • Oil - as required

Method

• 1. Soak rice in water for 2 hours.
• 2. Grind soaked rice, coconut, green chilly, garlic, ginger, pudina leaves and coriander leaves together into a smooth paste.
• 3. Add a teaspoon of sugar, salt and jeera into the grinded mixture. Keep aside.
• 4. Heat a dosa tawa. Pour the mixture evenly. Cover with lid. Cook for a 1-2 minutes until cooked.
• 5. Remove from heat and serve with chutney. Enjoy!
