Mango Coconut Jelly

Ingredients For Coconut Layer

Water
- 1 cup
•
Agar agar strip
- 15 grams
•
Water
- ½ cup
•
Sugar
- ½ cup
•
Coconut milk
- ¾ cup
Ingredients For Mango Layer
•
Water
- 1 cup
•
Agar agar
- 10 grams
•
Water
- ½ cup
•
Sugar
- ½ cup
•
Mango pulp
- 2 cups
•
Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
Method To Make Coconut Layer
1.
Soak
agar agar
in a cup
water
for 15 minutes.
2.
Heat
agar agar
in a saucepan until melted.
Keep
aside.
3.
Heat
water
in a pan and
add
sugar
.
Stir
until
sugar
is melted.
4.
Add
in
coconut milk
into the
sugar
mixture
and
mix
well.
Add
agar agar
liquid and
mix
well.
5.
Pour
the
mixture
into a mould. Refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
Method To Make Mango Layer
1.

on top of the coconut jelly. Refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
6.
Cut
into cubes and
serve
