Ingredients
•
Boneless chicken (cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 800 grams
Ingredients For First Marination
•
Malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
•
Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Second Marination
•
Curd (thick, prepare: hung for 15 minutes)
- ½ cup
•
Cream (thick)
- ¼ cup
•
Cheddar cheese (finely grated)
- 40 grams
•
Eggs
- 2
•
Cornflours
- 1 tablespoon
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Wash
and pat dry the
chicken
pieces.
2.
Marinate
the pieces with the first
marinade
-
salt
,
vinegar
and
ginger-garlic
3.
Paste
for ½ hour.
4.
Mix
cream
,
cheese
,
egg
,
cornflour
,
green chillies
and
coriander
to the
curd
.
5.
Marinate
the
chicken
pieces with this
mixture
for 2-3 hours.
6.
Heat
a gas
tandoor
or an oven. Place the pieces on a
grill
or a wire rack.
7.
Grill
for 15 minutes turning once in between.
Cook
till tender.
8.
Serve
hot with chutney or onion rings.
