Urad dal
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Whip sour curds and dilute well.
2.
Add
salt

turmeric
,
curry leaves
, coriander
leaves
, finely
cut
onions
and
green chillies
.
3.
Mix
well with
buttermilk
.
4.
Heat
oil
, season with
mustard
,
urad dal
and
mix
with the rasam.
