Maggi Sandwich

Ingredients
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onions
- 1 cup
•
Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Carrots (chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Water
- 300 milliliters
•
Maggi masala
- 2 tablespoons
•
Maggi
- 2 packets
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Bread slices
- as required
•
Ketchup
- as required
•
Cheese (grated)
- as required
•
Oil (for brushing)
- as required
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pan and
add
cumin seeds
.
Stir
well.
2.
Add
onions
.
Fry
till translucent.
3.
Add
turmeric powder
and
black pepper powder
.
Mix
well.
4.
Add
bell pepper
and
carrot
.
Mix
well.
5.
Cook
for 3 minutes.
6.
Add
water
and
maggi masala
.
Stir
well.
7.
Add
maggi
noodles and
mix
well. Bring to a
boil
.
8.
Cook
until all the
water
is absorbed.
9.
Add
salt
and
mix
well.
Keep
aside.
10. Take a bread
slice
and
spread
ketchup
on one side.
11. Place some of the
maggi
on top it.
12. Coat with grated
cheese
. Place a another
slice
of bread on top.
13. Brush the side of the
grill
with
oil
. Place the sandwich and close the
grill
.
14. Toast until the sandwich has browned.
15.
Cut
it into halves.
16.
Serve
with
ketchup
and chutney.
