Ingredients

Saffron
- 8 strands
•
Milk
- 3 cups
•
Sugar
- 6 teaspoons
•
Cornflours
- 1 teaspoon
•
Milk
- ¼ cup
•
Yogurt
- 2 ½ teaspoons
•
Cherries choppeds (fresh)
- 8
Method
1.
Boil
milk
and
sugar
in a non-stick saucepan in medium
heat
.
2.
Mix
cornflour
in 1/4 cup
milk
and
add
the
mixture
into the saucepan.
3.
Add
saffron
into the
mix
and
keep
stirring
continuously on medium
heat
until the
milk
thickens.
4.
Remove
the
mixture
from the
heat
and allow it to cool till lukewarm.
5. Take a
serving
bowl and
add
thickened
milk
and
yogurt
together and
mix
well.
6.
Add
cherries and
mix
well and set aside in a warm place for three to four hours.
7. Chill in a refrigerator for a couple of hours before
serving
.
Serve
chilled.
