Kasturi Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
•
Paneer (cubed)
- 500 grams
•
Shahi jeera/Black cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ajwain/Carom seeds (powdered)
- 2 teaspoons
•
Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon
•
White pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Kasturi methis/Dried fenugreek leaves
- 3 tablespoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Besan/Gram flour (roasted)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Cream
- ½ cup
•
Oil (for basting)
- as required
•
Onions
- as required
•
Capsicums (cut into wedges)
- as required
Method
1.
Add
cream
and
mix
well.
Mix
in the remaining
ingredients
except the
oil
.
2.
Add
the
paneer
cubes to the
mixture
and leave to
marinate
for 1 hour.
3.
Grill
over hot charcoals or under a
grill
on a wire rack
4. Alternately, skewer the
paneer
with
onion
and
capsicum
wedges.
5. Baste with
oil
2-3 times.
Cook
until golden and
serve
piping hot with pudina chutney.
