Kandhari Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
•
Chicken (boneless)
- 500 grams
•
Red chilly paste
- 2 tablespoons
•
Anaars/Pomegranate juice
- 4 tablespoons
•
Dahi/Yogurt
- 1 cup
•
Malai/Double cream
- 2 tablespoons
•
Ginger paste
- 2 ½ tablespoons
•
Garlic paste
- 2 ½ tablespoons
•
Garam masala
- 2 tablespoons
•
Kasoori methis/Dried fenugreek leaves powder
- 1 tablespoon
•
Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil (for basting)
- as required
•
Chat masala (for sprinkle on top)

Method
1. Clean the
chicken
and
cut
into even-sized pieces.
2.
Mix
all the remaining
ingredients
except
dahi
and
keep
aside for 3-4 hours.
3.
Add
dahi
and put aside for another 2 hours.
4. Skewer the
chicken
pieces and
cook
over hot charcoal until done,
basting
often with
oil
.
5.
Serve
hot, accompanied by chutney.
