Italian Baked Fish

Ingredients

Fish
- 350 grams
•
Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons
•
Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oregano/Ground ajwain
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garlic (crushed)
- 3 cloves
Method
1.
Mix
everything together & let the
fish
marinate
for 3-4 hours.
2. Give cuts to each
fish
piece so that the
marinade
can penetrate well.
3. Place on a greased tray &
bake
in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes.
Note
• The
fish
used should preferably be without skin & non-oily.
