Red chillies
- 4

Bengal gram dal
- 2 teaspoons
•
Urad dal
- 1 ½ teaspoons
Method
1.
Peel
outer skin from
ginger
and
cut
into thin round pieces.
2.
Fry
it in little
oil
for few minutes.
3.
Grind
with other
ingredients
to
coarse paste
.
4. Season
mustard
in hot
oil
and
pour
on top.
