Ingredients

• • Ginger - 3 inch pieces
• • Coconut (grated, fresh) - 1 ½ tablespoons
• • Salt - as required
• • Tamarind - lime size
• • Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon

Ingredients For Frying In A Teaspoon Of Oil

• • Red chillies - 4
• • Bengal gram dal - 2 teaspoons
• • Urad dal - 1 ½ teaspoons

Method

• 1. Peel outer skin from ginger and cut into thin round pieces.
• 2. Fry it in little oil for few minutes.
• 3. Grind with other ingredients to coarse paste.
• 4. Season mustard in hot oil and pour on top.
