Ice Cream with Egg

Ingredients

• • Milk - 6 cups
• • Sugar - 1 cup
• • Eggs - 2
• • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
• • Cream (fresh) - 2 cups

Method

• 1. Boil milk till it is reduced to 2/3 of its consistency.
• 2. Add sugar, when it is dissolved, pour beaten egg mixture slowly and mix well in a reduced flame.
• 3. When the mixture becomes thick remove from fire, add vanilla essence.
• 4. When the mixture cools to room temperature whip with fresh cream and keep in freezer to set.
