Ice Cream with Egg

Ingredients

Milk
- 6 cups
•
Sugar
- 1 cup
•
Eggs
- 2
•
Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cream (fresh)
- 2 cups
Method
1.
Boil
milk
till it is reduced to 2/3 of its consistency.
2.
Add
sugar
, when it is dissolved,
pour
beaten
egg
mixture
slowly and
mix
well in a reduced flame.
3. When the
mixture
becomes thick
remove
from fire,
add
vanilla essence
.
4. When the
mixture
cools to room temperature whip with fresh
cream
and
keep
in freezer to set.
