How to make Roasted Gram Mix

Ingredients
•
Red chillies
- 15
•
Bengal grams/Chutney grams (roasted)
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Garlic
- 6 flakes
•
Coconut (grated, dry)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Ghee
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
½ Teaspoon of
ghee
and
fry
red chillies
and
gram
in medium flame till it becomes just warm.
2. Allow it to cool.
3.
Add
salt
and
powder
well.
4. Sieve through a fine mesh sieve.
5.
Powder
the granules again and pass through the sieve.
6. Take the granules again
add
peeled
garlic
and grated
coconut
and pound again.
7.
Mix
this to the fine
powder
well with hands.
8.
Store
in air right dry containers.
