How to make Mint-Yogurt Sauce (Pudhina Dahi Chutney)

Ingredients

Coriander leaves (fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Mint leaves (fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Plain yogurt
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Green chillies
- 6
•
Ginger
- 1 inch
Method
1.
Pour
1/2 cup of
water
into the blender jar, and then put all the
ingredients
.
Grind
it until the
mix
is turned into a smooth green sauce.
2.
Store
the
paste
in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for upto 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
