How to make Methi Masala

Ingredients
•
Fenugreek (dry roast and powdered separately)
- 100 grams
•
Mustard powder (dry roast and powdered separately)
- 100 grams
•
Red chilly powder
- 20 grams
•
Asafoetida (powdered)
- 5 grams
•
Mustard oil
- ½ cup
Method
1.
Mix
fenugreek
,
mustard powder
,
chilly
powder
and
salt
in a deep pan.
2.
Mix
well and
make
a deep hole in the center.
3.
Heat
oil
separately.
4. When it becomes smoking hot
add
asafoetida
and quickly
pour
this
oil
in the hole and
cover
the pan.
5. After 5 minutes
remove
the
cover
and
mix
well with a spoon.
6. Cool and
preserve
in air tight jar.
