Ingredients

Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Coriander seeds
- ½ cup
•
Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger (dry)
- 1 inch piece
•
Red gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Red chillies
- 12
•
Curry leaves
- ½ cup
•
Fenugreek
- 1 teaspoon
•
Tamarind
- lemon size
•
Garlic
- 15 flakes
Method
1. Dry
roast
curry leaves
,
pepper
,
cumin
,
mustard
and
fenugreek
separately.
2.
Peel
garlic
and
fry
till light brown in
oil
.
3.
Fry
red chillies
,
dal
and
coriander seeds
in little
oil
.
4. Pound everything together.
5. At the end
add
tamarind
,
salt
,
garlic
and pound once again well.
