Fenugreek seed

Black gram dal
- 2 teaspoons

Tamalpatras/Bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons

Dagad phools
- 2 teaspoons

Oil (for frying)

Method
1.
Fry
each
spice
separately in little
oil
.
2. Cool and
powder
together.
3.
Preserve
in air tight, clean container.
