Ginger (coarsely chopped)
- 250 grams
Method
1.
Add
the
ginger
into a blender jar and
pour
½ cup
water
.
2.
Blend
it until it forms a smooth light brown
paste
.
3.
Store
the
paste
in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for upto 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
