Ginger (coarsely chopped)
- 250 grams

Green chillies

Method
1.
Add
the
ginger
and
chillies
into a blender jar and
pour
1/2 cup
water
.
2.
Grind
it until it forms a smooth light green
paste
.
3.
Store
the
paste
in a tightly sealed preferably glass/porcelain container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
