How to make Dal Mix

Ingredients
•
Red gram dal/Thuars
- 1 cup
•
Bengal gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Black gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Green gram dal
- ½ cup
•
Tamarind
- lime size
•
Red chillies
- 20
•
Salt
- as required
•
Garlic (with skin)
- 6 flakes
Method
1.
Roast
each
dal
separately in a hot pan, in medium flame without
adding
oil
, till light brown.
2.
Fry
red chillies
in little
oil
.
3. Allow everything to cool.
4. Pound it well.
5. At the end
add
salt
,
tamarind
and
garlic
flakes.
6.
Powder
well till everything is mixed.
7.
Keep
in air tight container.
