White sesame seeds

Cumin seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoons

Black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Cinnamon sticks
- 10
•
Cloves
- 2 teaspoons
•
Bay leaves
- 6
•
Dahad phools
- 3 teaspoons
•
Shah jeera/Caraway seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Asafoetidas (powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Whole turmeric (cut into bits)
- ¼ cup
•
Rock salt
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1. Dry
roast
sesame
seeds
till light brown, and
keep
aside.
2.
Fry
coriander
and
cumin seeds
in
oil
till light brown.
3.
Fry
red chillies
in 2 Teaspoon of
oil
.
4.
Fry
asafoetida
,
turmeric
,
cinnamon
,
bay leaf
,
cloves
and other
spices
separately one by one using little
oil
.
5. Dry
roast
rock salt
for one minute.
6. When everything cools down
powder
together.
