Hariyali Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
•
Paneer (cut into pieces)
- 750 grams
•
Dahi/Yogurt
- 1 cup
•
Cream
- ½ cup
•
Shahi jeera/Black cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
White pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Amchurs/Dry mango powder
- 3 teaspoons
•
Garlic paste
- 3 teaspoons
•
Haldis/Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Besan/Gram flour
- 2 tablespoons
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Hara dhania/Green coriander
- 1 cup
•
Pudinas/Mint leaves
- 1 cup
•
Salt
- as required
•
Kasoori methis/Dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 tablespoons
•
Ginger (julienned, for garnishing)
- as required
•
Oil (for basting)
- as required
Method
1.
Grind
together
hara dhania
and
pudina
to a
paste
.
2.
Mix
together all the
ingredients
except
kasoori methi
and
ginger
juliennes.
3. Rub the
marinade
all over the
paneer
pieces and leave for 2-3 hours.
4.
Grill
over hot charcoals or on a wire rack under a
grill
, until browned,
basting
with
oil
once or twice.
5. Arrange on
serving
plate, sprinkle
kasoori methi
and
ginger
juliennes on top.
6.
Serve
hot.
