Ingredients

Potatoes

Palak/Spinach leaves
- 30

Cheese (grated)

Kasoori methis/Dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 tablespoons

Hara dhania/Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Pudinas/Mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2
•
Breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons
•
Black pepper powder
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for shallow frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Boil
the
potatoes
,
peel
while hot,
mash
well and
mix
in the
cheese
.
2.
Boil
the
palak
in very little
water
for 5 minutes,
drain
completely and cool.
3. Finely
chop
the
palak
and coarsely
crush
the
kasoori methi
.
4.
Mix
together the
potato
,
cheese
mixture
with the remaining
ingredients
.
5.
Mix
very well and taking small balls of the
mixture
, shape into kababs.
6. Shallow
fry
in hot
oil
until golden brown.
7.
Serve
piping hot.
