Ground Nut Sundal

Ingredients

Ground nuts (dehusked)
- 1 ½ cups
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- few
•
Lemon juice
- as required
•
Asafoetidas
- a pinch
Ingredients For Grinding Coarsely

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1. Pressure
cook
peeled nuts till soft to touch.
2.
Heat
oil
in a kadai,
add
mustard
, a
pinch
of
asafoetida
,
curry leaves
and then nuts.
3.
Fry
quickly for few minutes.
4.
Add
pound
ingredients
,
mix
well and
remove
from fire.
5. Squeeze little
lemon juice
and
mix
gently.
