Green Gram Dal Dosa

Ingredients

Green gram dal
- 1 cup
•
Rice (raw)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Soak
dal
and
rice
together for 2 hours.
2.
Grind
to smooth
paste
and then
add
salt
.
3.
Pour
immediately after
grinding
.
4.
Spread
from centre to outer edge while
pouring
dosa.
5.
Fry
on both sides with little
oil
.
6.
Serve
with onion chutney or coconut chutney
