- 1 ½ teaspoons

Red chillies

- ½ teaspoon

Thuar dal
- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients For Seasoning

Ghee
- ½ teaspoon
•
Asafoetidas
- a little
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Ingredients For Garnishing
•
Curry leaves
- a little
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 sprig
Method
1. Dilute
tamarind
extract with
water
.
2.
Add
salt
,
jaggery
and
boil
for 1 or 2 minutes.
3.
Add
powdered
ingredients
, allow it to come to
boiling
stage.
4.
Add
fried
seasoning
,
garnishing
and
remove
from fire. Close with lid.
