Fried Fish Amritsari

Ingredients

Sole (fish)
- 1

Lemon

Red chilly powder
- 1 tablespoon

Hings
- ½ teaspoon
•
Ajwain
- 1 teaspoon
•
Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon
•
Besan
- 1 tablespoon
•
Maida
- 2 tablespoons
•
Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Chat masala
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper powder
- as required
•
Oil
- as required
•
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- a few
Method
1.
Cut
the
fish
in to small pieces.
2.
Mix
the
ingredients
in a bowl and
add
the
cut
fish
and
marinate
it for 30 minutes.
3.
Heat
oil
in a pan and when the
oil
is hot deep
fry
the marinated
fish
until golden brown color.
4.
Serve
it hot garnished with
coriander leaves
&
lemon
.
