Fried Eggs with Capsicum and Onion Rings

Ingredients

Eggs
- 6
•
Capsicums
- 2
•
Onions
- 2
•
Chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Butter
- 2 teaspoons
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
•
Pepper (coarsely powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Slice
the
capsicums
and
onions
into rings.
2.
Heat
butter
in an omelette pan, when it is melted
pour
oil
to that and arrange half of the
capsicum
and
onion
rings on top of it.
3. Sprinkle half of the
chilly powder
,
mustard powder
,
turmeric powder
on top.
4.
Break
each
egg
separately and
pour
three
eggs
on top of the rings side by side.
5.
Reduce
the flame. Sprinkle ground
pepper
and
salt
on top.
6. When the
egg
whites are set, using a flat laddie
remove
it in a plate with the
capsicum
and
onion
rings.
7.
Make
one more like this with another half of the
ingredients
.
8.
Serve
hot sprinkled with tomato ketchup.
