Fried Eggs with Capsicum and Onion Rings

Ingredients

• • Eggs - 6
• • Capsicums - 2
• • Onions - 2
• • Chilly powder - ½ teaspoon
• • Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Mustard powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Butter - 2 teaspoons
• • Oil - 2 teaspoons
• • Pepper (coarsely powdered) - 1 teaspoon

Method

• 1. Slice the capsicums and onions into rings.
• 2. Heat butter in an omelette pan, when it is melted pour oil to that and arrange half of the capsicum and onion rings on top of it.
• 3. Sprinkle half of the chilly powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder on top.
• 4. Break each egg separately and pour three eggs on top of the rings side by side.
• 5. Reduce the flame. Sprinkle ground pepper and salt on top.
• 6. When the egg whites are set, using a flat laddie remove it in a plate with the capsicum and onion rings.
• 7. Make one more like this with another half of the ingredients.
• 8. Serve hot sprinkled with tomato ketchup.
