Ingredients

Eggs
- 6

Onions
- 2
•
Garlic
- 5 flakes
•
Mint leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch
•
Oil (for deep frying)
- as required
•
Maida
- 2 tablespoons
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Coconut (scraped)
- 1 cup
•
Grams (roasted)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Green chillies
- 4
•
Garlic
- 8 flakes
•
Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Boil
eggs
and
remove
shells.
2.
Grind
the
ingredients
for
masala
together with very minimum
water
.
3.
Add
finely
cut
onions
,
garlic
,
mint leaves
and
coriander leaves
and
mix
well.
4.
Add
1 or 2 Tablespoons of
maida
to that.
5.
Mix
well and apply thickly on top of
egg
and deep
fry
in hot
oil
.
6.
Serve
hot with tomato ketchup.
