Fried Egg

Ingredients

• • Eggs - 6
• • Onions - 2
• • Garlic - 5 flakes
• • Mint leaves - ½ bunch
• • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
• • Oil (for deep frying) - as required
• • Maida - 2 tablespoons

Ingredients For Grinding Together

• • Coconut (scraped) - 1 cup
• • Grams (roasted) - 2 tablespoons
• • Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon
• • Green chillies - 4
• • Garlic - 8 flakes
• • Ginger - 1 inch piece
• • Salt - as required

Method

• 1. Boil eggs and remove shells.
• 2. Grind the ingredients for masala together with very minimum water.
• 3. Add finely cut onions, garlic, mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
• 4. Add 1 or 2 Tablespoons of maida to that.
• 5. Mix well and apply thickly on top of egg and deep fry in hot oil.
• 6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
