Ingredients

Milk
- 500 milliliters
•
Eggs (separated)
- 2
•
Sugar (powdered)
- 75 grams
Method
1.
Remove
yolks from white carefully.
2.
Add
a
pinch
of
salt
to the whites and beat stiffly with powdered
sugar
.
3. It should form peaks after beating.
4.
Boil
milk
in a flat dish,
simmer
,
add
a teaspoon of meringue (beaten
egg
white)
cook
till it sets, turn and
cook
till it is done.
5.
Remove
carefully and
keep
on a wet cloth, which is placed on a flat plate.
6. Use up all the meringue and
keep
separately.
7. Beat
egg
yolks with little
sugar
and
add
it, to the remaining
milk
, (which is used to
cook
whites) and
make
custard by
keeping
inside a pan of
boiling
water
(Double
boiling
).
8.
Make
a thick custard. Dissolve
sugar
after
removing
from fire.
9. For
serving
,
pour
little custard in small flat dishes, top with one meringue (cooked) and
pour
little.
