Fish Tikka

Ingredients
•
Fish
- 350 grams
•
Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Salt
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Garam masala
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Amchur powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Haldis
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
fish
& squeeze out all the
water
.
2.
Mix
all
ingredients
and rub them well on the
fish
. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
3. Place
fish
pieces on a greased tray and place under
grill
for 5-7 minutes or till well done.
4.
Serve
on a platter of sliced onion to which a little mint chutney has been mixed.
5.
Slice
one onion,
mix
well with 1 Tablespoon green chutney &
spread
on a plate.
6. Place
fish
on this prepared plate &
serve
hot.
