Fish Kebabs

Ingredients
•
Fish
- ½ kg
•
Ginger
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pudinas (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 3
•
Besan/Cornflours
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1. To steam the
fish
, place
fish
in a colander kept over a pan of
boiling
water
or
microwave
4-5 minutes covered till the
fish
is tender.
2.
Remove
the bones and skin.
3.
Add
all the other
ingredients
.
4.
Mix
well.
5. Flatten into the shape of kebabs and shallow
fry
on a non stick tawa.
6.
Serve
with green chutney and
lemon
wedges.
