Fish Fillets With Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
•
Sole fish fillet (firm white without bones)
- 1 kg
•
Bread crumbs (dry)
- a little
Ingredients For Marination
•
Ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Mustard paste
- ½ teaspoon
•
Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon
•
Egg white
- 1
•
Coriander leaves (chopped)
- a few
Ingredients For Tartar Sauce
•
Mayonnaises
- ½ cup
•
Cucumbers (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Brown vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1. Rub a little lemon juice on the
fillets
and
wash
the
fish
well.
2. Transfer it to a kitchen towel and pat till well dried.
3. To
prepare
the
marinade
,
mix
all the
ingredients
together in a small bowl.
4. Transfer the
fish
to a flat plate and rub the
marinade
on the
fish
.
5.
Keep
aside for ½ hour.
6. Press the
fish
fillets
on the
bread crumbs
such that they coat the
fish
.
7.
Fry
on medium
heat
.
8.
Drain
on absorbent paper.
9.
Serve
hot.
10. To
prepare
the tartar
sauce
,
soak
the
onion
&
cucumber
in
vinegar
for 10-15 minutes.
11.
Strain
the
cucumber
&
onion
in
vinegar
to
drain
out the
vinegar
.
12. Press gently to
remove
any excess
vinegar
.
13. Gently
mix
it into the
mayonnaise
.
14.
Serve
with
fish
fillets
.
15.
Cut
into fingers for snacks and
serve
as
fillet
for breakfast or a meal.
