Cloves (crushed)

- 1 teaspoon

Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Orange-red food colouring
- a pinch
•
Spring onions (chopped)
- ½ cup
•
Cornflours
- 2 tablespoons
•
Rice (boiled)
- 1 cup
•
Coriander/Parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup
Method To Serve
1. 1 cup boiled
rice
mixed with ¼ cup finely chopped fresh
coriander
or
parsley
Method
1. In a nonstick pan,
add
pureed
tomatoes
, crushed garlic,
raisins
,
onion
, all
seasonings
and give one
boil
.
2.
Add
chicken
.
Boil
,
cover
and
cook
till tender.
3. Dissolve
cornflour
in 1-2 Tablespoon
water
.
4.
Add
to
chicken
.
Boil
.
Cook
till thick
5. For
serving
the
chicken
,
boil
rice
and
remove
excess
water
, so that starch is removed.
6.
Mix
and
toss
the boiled
rice
with chopped
parsley
or
coriander
.
Serve
chicken
with
rice
.
