Elaichi Chicken

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 500 grams
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onion (chopped fine)
- 1
•
Salt
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Pepper
- ½ teaspoon
•
Elaichi powder
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1
•
Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- as required
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a nonstick pan.
Add
onion
and
fry
till light brown.
2.
Add
chicken
,
salt
,
pepper
,
garam masala
and ½ Teaspoon
elaichi powder
.
Fry
for 2-3 minutes.
3.
Add
finely chopped
tomato
.
Fry
for 1-2 minutes.
4.
Cover
. Lower
heat
and
cook
till
chicken
is tender.
5. Increase
heat
and
make
it nearly dry.
6. Sprinkle ¼ Teaspoon
elaichi powder
on top. Garnish with chopped
coriander
and
serve
hot.
