Egg Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients

Butter
- 25 grams
•
Maida
- 25 grams
•
Milk
- ½ cup
•
Eggs (hard boiled)
- 3
•
Ginger-chilly paste
- 2 teaspoons
•
Salt
- as required
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Egg (beaten)
- 1
•
Bread crumbs
- 5 tablespoons
•
Onions (prepare: cut finely boiled mixed, diced)
- 2
•
Vegetables
- 4 cups
•
Oil (for frying cutlets)
- as required
Method
1.
Melt
butter
in a pan,
stir
in
maida
and
fry
for few minutes.
2. Gradually
add
warm
milk
, bring to
boil
and
cook
until thick.
3. To this
add
fried
onions
. cooked drained
vegetables
, chopped
egg
and
seasoning
.
4.
Mix
well, form into cutlets brush with beaten
egg
and
roll
in
bread crumbs
and deep
fry
until golden brown.
5. Garnish with coriander
leaves
and
serve
with sliced tomatoes and
onions
.
