Egg Stuffed Bread Rolls

Ingredients

Eggs
- 6
•
Onions
- 2
•
Tomatoes
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
Pepper
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon
•
Chilly-garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon
•
Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon
•
Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Bread slices
- 10
•
Oil (for deep frying)
- as required
Method
1.
Heat
butter
in a shallow pan, when it starts
melting
add
finely
cut
onions
and
tomatoes
.
2.
Fry
for a minute,
add
broken
eggs
one by one, allow to set for a minute and
keep
stirring
constantly, in a low flame.
3.
Add
salt
,
pepper
and
garam masala
powder
, with both the
sauces
.
4. When the
eggs
are scrambled well,
remove
from fire.
5.
Dip
each
slice
of bread in
water
, quickly squeeze the
water
put a spoon full of
mixture
inside,
make
into a
roll
with hands.
6. Seal properly by
dipping
your hand in
water
if necessary.
7.
Make
all the slices in the same manner.
8. Deep
fry
in hot
oil
till brown and
serve
with
tomato
ketchup.
