Onion

Potatoes

Salt
- as required

Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- a pinch
•
Eggs
- 4
Method
1.
Cut
onions
and
potatoes
into 1 inch square pieces.
2.
Heat
oil
and
fry
potatoes
till it is three fourth cooked.
3.
Add
onions
and continue to
fry
till both becomes brown.
4.
Add
salt
,
chilly powder
and
turmeric powder
.
5.
Pour
beaten
eggs
.
Fry
till
eggs
are coated on top.
Serve
hot.
